We recieved no handouts. Could not read everything on slide that had brown backround. Hoist was broken and could not be used

I really enjoy the traing due to the depth of knowledge of the trainer and how gets every one involved and makes it very interactive fun and very honest when he doesn’t know the answer, uses real life examples, brilliant trainer.

Instructor was good.he demonstrated everything and he gave us chance to practice as well

Jo was very pleasant, approachable and encouraged a very positive interactive environment. The training session was full of vibrant energy from both the trainer and trainees demonstrating the trainers ability to explain through complex exercises in a simple way. Smashing training!
