It would be lovely to have some snacks as it’s a full day training

Jackie used lots of different techniques of teaching which made it really engaging. I found this course good as a refresher. She was helpful to answer questions. The venue was not as great unfortunately. Coffee machine didn't work that well with some drinks, no bin. Room got quite warm. Luckily it was all about the trainer and training and that was excellent
