Stephen’s presentation style was dynamic and encouraging to get participants involved, great memory for names of participants noted. Obvious great knowledge and experience bursting with enthusiasm.

Good refresher course

Nathan was enthusiastic trainer with entertaining methods of explaining the course content

Adequate

The trainer was good but the communication from your organisation was poor before the event and the venue was poor. Paid £20 for parking when I didn’t have to, no hot drinks in the afternoon and the food and bough coffee poor. No book for study materials. Signage in car park said I needed to pay and then came into hotel and was told I didn’t. Spoilt the day. Trainer was good.
