It was a good and beneficial training

Excellent training I had today explaining everything and the practical aswell

The Angel Hotel venue was only a 10 minute walk from Cardiff Central train station and very easy to find. The training room was a clean and distraction-free environment. Matt the trainer was engaging and made what could be a set of dry, but essential subjects, interesting and aimed at a level that was ideal for me as a professional, as a refresher course for most of the subject matter and Matt was so helpful for the subjects I was not familiar with (as an Occupational Therapist rather than Nursing background). I would happily attend any other courses run by Matt/this company. Historically, post Covid, the mandatory courses tend to be online, (except Moving and Handling). I feel from a personal point of view my learning style is better suited to face to face courses. In addition the other attendees were so very easy to get along with. I really enjoyed the day.

Matthew was absolutely above any expectations. His "presentation" was 10 out of 5 stars. His engagement, his determination and commitment let me speechless.
