I found the session extremely informative. The teacher was very good, friendly and helpful.

Positives: yannick made the day engaging, relevant, relatable and informative. No dull moments, highly organised and great venue. For consideration Video demonstrations for breakaway would not inspire confidence and videos for manual handling, if followed would likely cause injury. Please, please remake them with actual care professionals.
