Course was really good! Knowledgeable trainer with good mannequins ! Venue/the refreshments options need to be greatly improved
The course was very useful and the clearly an overview and refresher. Trainer encouraged staff to do more advanced course where it was appropriate. The video played about course available was also very helpful information. Because this was my first, I concluded that I should have done this in more detail fiest. Will be looking to do more I depth training.
The training was good,timely breaks ,refreshments etc
The course opens and demonstrated new changes in practice with new moving and handling techniques.
