Interactive day. Useful refresher. Trainer used good use of participation from class

Room was very cold. Trainer quite rude. I felt like I was back at school being told off. He asked for participation but when we did participate he stopped us or told us we were wrong. Didn't like having to stand out at the front to present our presentation, my worst nightmare 😞
