Nathan is a very great trainer, he uses sense of humour throughout his training Give everyone opportunities to engage and express themselves

The training was a good training that made me to understand it easily and also understand ways of doing CPR for adult and Children

The drinks were not hot enough

The venue was good. Poor communication with the fire warden as well were informed that there was not going to be a fire alarm, only to hear the fire alarm going off. The fire warden wasn't not nice when l asked him another alternative route out of the building as the metal shutters came down. We were provided with 1 hot flask for coffee and 1 for tea for 7 hours. The drinks were not hot either.

The course was really helpful and the course teacher was so nice and knowledgeable
