Kevin was a very knowledgeable trainer. He stood for all the training, no boring power point. He engaged with the trainees 100% and made it a comfortable environment to ask questions and made sure everyone understood before moving onto the next topic. The team stayed fully alert (no one fell asleep which is almost un heard of in a full day's training). He was very polite and made the training fun. I would like to see and be trained by more trainers like him. I thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Wow!!! I have attended courses in my carer but nothing like this. Thank you so much. Today I refreshed, updated my previously earned skills and knowledge. I also gained new skills and knowledge including legislation updates. This course will help me a lot with my work. I am really impressed and very much appreciate today's training.
