Becky was exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and room for the training was much improved from the last hotel, actually had working Aircon and good coffee facilities, but with no toilet on the same floor was a bit of a let down.
It was very interactive, detailed and engaging.
Everything was good and our trainer was clear.demostration was top notch.i understand and learn alot from this training it was a the best refresher
