Only thing to mention is the Mental Health Act is from England would have been good to learn about the Scottish Act.

This is the second time I done this course with Fiona, and I find her really professional, approachable, friendly and engaging throughout the whole day. She makes the day as fun as it can be whilst ensuring that the whole class never forgets the importance of each and every aspect of all subject matter. And she remembers everyone's individual name too, which makes everyone feel included and important. Thanks Fiona.

The place was ok and clean but there was no heater as it was cold Secondly there was no snacks only coffee was provided

Very informative. A lot of questions were put to the group by the trainer which kept the group interactive and lively. There were many interesting information was given. All who attended felt invited, involved and took away valuable knowledge and information relating to our practice. All areas of nursing, legal and professional aspects were discussed.

Everything was lovely great teacher

She has explained very well. Both theory and practical was properly taught. Thank you and keep it up.
