I appreciated the opportunity to practice skills hands-on (e.g., with the manikins and moving & handling equipment), which gave me more confidence. The course content was thorough and relevant, covering all key areas of health, safety, and safeguarding in a way that was easy to follow. Overall, I feel better prepared to apply these skills in practice and would definitely recommend The Health and Safety Group.
