Trainer is highly knowledgeable and demonstrated a good understanding in each topic. Session was made more interesting by the trainer engaging attendees which allowed us to learn from each other and also utilise the vast experience held across the attendees. The best training l have attended by health and safety group.

John was great but unfortunately the room was not big enough to be able to practice all manual procedures. Not enought defibrillators as only one was working on/off and malfunctioning dummy mannequin.
