very lively training day and refresher course
We need fluids but no fluids and the room was very cold.
Matthew was absolutely above any expectations. His "presentation" was 10 out of 5 stars. His engagement, his determination and commitment let me speechless. Above all of that you can't miss his enthusiasm. Clearly explained every single detail, makes time fly faster. Super knowledgeable as well. Many thanks Matthew
Best trainer so far and done it approx 4 times
The Trainer was excellent however some of the attendees were so disruptive with their phones especially two african guys one with maroon shirt constantly busy on their phones despite being told to switch their phones off and were in and out of the classroom.They behaved like school kids.Very disrespectful.You can tell when people are just there just to obtain certificates.They were so unprofessional and annoying however the Trainer has handled everything well.
Second year of doing this course, gentlemen doing the course is great.
