CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

The hot water supplied by the dining lady was dirty with particles in it . Please could we be having decaf tea or coffee/ hot chocolate for those who do take tea or coffee. I need accessible version of my certificate because this one sent now is not opening

Today's training was different,I have been doing trainings for years,but this one was an eye opener.It was a wow.
