Nathan needs to focus on course agenda. Too much repetition; too much personal information; too much unnecessary acting and running around. Exhausting to watch. I will most definitely be returning to Westminster next year where Michael was an excellent focused trainer and completed the course in 6 hours (Nathan still had not finished after 8 hours- very disappointing).

Martyn the instructor has the following qualities -Very professional -Very polite -Very knowledgeable -Presentation good -Charming -Very caring to students Overall he made the day fantastic
