I paid fora hard copy of my certificate to be 1st class mail and was told at the course we had to download it. I have paid and would like the hard copy. Biscuits would have been nice with the tea and coffe
Yanik is spot on. Unpacked everything that he could. Very knowledgeable guy. I enjoyed every moment Once again thumbs up to Yanik thank you sir.
the trainer was really good and friendly, I learned many things, Hospitality wasn’t bad but there was no biscuits with coffee and tea.
