My trainer created a really inclusive and engaging learning environment that made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable participating. Instead of relying heavily on the PowerPoint, he focused more on actively teaching and interacting with us, which made a huge difference. His knowledge on the subject was clear, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand and apply. I found the session much more effective because it felt like we were being taught rather than just spoken at. Overall, it was a really positive and impactful experience.
