the manager is not hospitable at all, not a coda ting. The r refreshments not great at all

Room has no aircon that works Noisy if window open Ventilation not good Not convenient place to buy lunch Packed lunch might be a good idea

Excellent and extremely knowledgeable trainer, engaged with the students and demonstrated first class skills.

The trainer is very engaging. I can make myself available for her training over and over again. She was engaging and very open. Gave lots of case study and was able to allow us express ourselves. The venue was small and there were lots of students, not enough space to practice much but because the trainer is well trained, we were able to get the chance to use the machines one after the other.
