Refreshments were only available in the morning and not topped up.
This is the first time i have known a second group join for practical in the afternoon. Most turned up late and i found this very disruptive. maybe have the full group in the morning and let them leave at lunch
Training booklet would have been desirable
I am very satisfied to have done my training with Stephen Murray-Bruce. I learn from my training with other people, and everyone cooperates to learn and share knowledge from their previous jobs.
Trainer was good and explained clearly. Made the day fly by quickly came away with plenty of knowledge.
