He was very knowledgeable, professional, Efficient and made everyone feel welcome👍🏾 PS: Would help if he had an opinion to transfer feedback to management that the NHS standard hours of 12hrs shifts as a standard - are Draconian, mentally stressful and the number one cause of staff burnout!!! Instead he just smiled and nodded which we presumed to mean - despite HSF Group position and ability to speak up as major advocates for it's service users to the key health care policy makers - it won't be bothered🤔
