Excellent presentation, the Trainer was very approachable and interacted with everyone, answering all questions satisfactorily.

I have learnt a lot from this training today. So I am going to use these skills to support my service users in my work place.

Good course, good trainer

Good however notes for improvement include the room being too small for the amount of participants. For moving and handling equipment, it would have been more useful if the leader had demonstrated how to use these prior to letting us use the equipment.
