Excellent training and trainer. Needed AED for CPR training bit but rest all good. Many thanks and see you next year.

Refreshments were only available in the morning and not topped up.

This is the first time i have known a second group join for practical in the afternoon. Most turned up late and i found this very disruptive. maybe have the full group in the morning and let them leave at lunch

Training booklet would have been desirable
