Traning was brilliant Tranier good and kept me active . He encouraged questions But would have love more demonstration more aspect of the moving and handling like use of slide sheets , bedpans , commode and wheelchairs all aspects

Benjamin was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and he knows his stuff. Really connected with the class. I like the way he structured his presentation. Honestly he was really good. Would give him a 110%.Very down to earth person. I hope he continues to train in Croydon. Health and Safety Group should provide the booklet again, especially with the money we’re paying. That’s the reason why l have scored them 9/10 on recommendation.
