The health and safety group teaching skills and methods are good, I enjoyed doing my refresher course with them.

A most worthwhile day - trainer was excellent and made the day very interesting and encouraged interaction. Verbal questions and answers were most important.

Toilets are too far from training room. Toilets located downstairs
