The trainer was very good, his teachings were very clear and understandable, with lots of example.

The training was well presented and met my expectations. I will use the knowledge at my work and with my family

Course was ok but refreshments were from the morning when we came in the afternoon the water coffee was cold

Good course by good trainer

The waiting area reception and to eat lunch there was very cold and training room a bit small and hot. Not enough time for lunch. The Trainer was excellent so enthusiastic and made the day a enjoyable learning session. She didn't rattle on about herself for hours before starting course day - She concentrated on the content of the course. There were no handouts.
