Shabbaz has been the best trainer have had so far..His approach is practical and relatable.
Would have been nice to have fresh tea and coffee during the day
The Trainer was a bit heavy handed with attendees who turned up slightly later due to parking challenges but within time before cut off time. She could not take explanations and apologies from attendees.
