Karen was very passionate and patient while teaching us, a very informative courses. If we did not understand she would ensure that we understood each course.
The CSTF training was very good and informative. Both the theory and practical sessions went very well, and I gained a lot of extra knowledge that will be useful in my work. The trainer was excellent—very knowledgeable, engaging, and supportive. He made the sessions enjoyable by making everyone laugh while also explaining everything clearly. There was great interaction throughout the training, and everyone participated well and learned from each other. Overall, it was a very effective and enjoyable training session.
