The chairs were too close to each other. It would have been nice to provide an afternoon refreshments.

Michael has my trainer. His way of teaching is very interesting and valuable

Micheal was very thorough and knowledgeable and kept us engaged throughout the day I would have preferred the booklet handout with the slides that was given in previous years

Educative, interactive and very informative.

Fiona has been great and very helpful. Go beyond her time and situation. Happy to be with her as an instructor all the time! Very productive day!

Venue was good however, not providing hot drinks in the afternoon not great
