Karen demonstrated knowledge and the session was very informative, I practised skills thought through the training and overall feed back was excellent.

Very good - trainer very efficient and knows her stuff. Really enjoyed the day, it was a great refresher but ended up learning some new things aswell!
I am impressed and i learnt a lot and i was given opportunity to perform manual and handling and the training was useful
