Very good training session.

There was no enough refreshments

The teacher was very knowledgeable

Venue was too cramped and the space wasn't conducive to practice with a large group. The trainer was very engaging, smart, and uses practical examples which are easier to apply and remember. He knows how to command the class. I've learned a lot and by far he was the best trainer I have encountered.
