Amanda was very engaging and knowledgeable. She catered to very different audience backgrounds of professions, using helpful anecdotes and experiences with humour to make the time go quickly. The facilities were easy to access and refunded parking was a nice perk. Booking via website was quick and simple.

The trainer was brilliant and thorough, he brought a lot of experience from his previous work which was invaluable. Kept us engaged throughout. It was daunting to know that I’m doing this course yet again, but felt very refreshed after doing it with Michael.

The training was detailed, well explained, practical based and knowledge based. Learning environment was very conducive. I enjoyed every bit of the training.
