The course was very informative and detailed. I am working in theatre, so all the course was about care homes, but still very good course

The trainer was excellent throughout the session. They demonstrated strong knowledge and delivered the course content clearly and confidently. Even though the hoist was unavailable due to a fault, the trainer still ensured we received thorough and effective verbal training on its correct use, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Their ability to adapt and still provide high-quality guidance was greatly appreciated. Overall, the session was engaging, informative, and very well delivered.
