I was really impressed with the training

The trainer was very difficult to understand at times due to poor English , he just read the heading of the slides and flicked through very quickly. He rushed demonstations and gave few corrections on very important aspects such as resuscitations, he just kept giving examples which where not indepth enough in comparison to the course content, he was egocentric and patronising at times and lacked professionalism.

Useful refresher course with essential practical application.

Very good trainer

Steven was a great trainer, maintained interest throughout. The venue was not clean - vomit on the stairs that was not cleaned even after reporting.
