There are lots of facts and historical statistics, but not much covered real situation from hospitals care ho.es etc. Trainer was perfect, engaging

Stephen was a great instructor. I can appreciate holding interest and engaging a large group for a full day isn’t easy. He was engaging with the group and gave ample opportunity to clarify any information people were unsure about. Stephen ensured everyone felt included and had opportunity to share knowledge and ideas. Good training.

Nathan was an extremely good teacher, very engaging and made it fun and interactive. Best teacher I've had at a mandatory training course. The only thing is that there was not quite enough time to practice all the practical manual handling but we did practice some of the techniques. Nathan also offered to stay after and practice anything that we wanted to practice after so that wasn't a problem.
