It was very refreshing and the trainer was excellent in explaining in details everything.She was also kind to make us interact and do everything as a team.

Karen ensured everyone participated in the practicals. Well practiced and assessed. We were grouped and named into colours Red, Green Orange and Blue. Manual Handling, hoisting, administering CPR to Adult and Children etc. Generally, the training was informative.

Training was very good and I realy enjoyed.

Venue ok but they did not give any refreshments in the afternoon. The water in the flasks was cold and we couldn't make cups of teas.
