CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Start time 10am was convenient to have a fighting chance of the horrific traffic in Salford/Manchester. Another positive was free parking, just give car registration to hotel reception. There was another large group event on the same day which impacted on parking availability ( so get in early !) Sue the trainer was excellent, very informative interesting and session was interactive and dare I say fun!! ( despite some of the sombre topics ). Obviously Sue is an experienced clinician that ' knew her stuff ' so to speak. Sue was delightful and engaging. I am still shocked that despite a large group Sue knew everyone's name in said group. Sue is a massive asset to her employers you are really blessed to have her.
