Really good course

Great experience as always.

The Trainer was excellent however some of the attendees were so disruptive with their phones especially two african guys one with maroon shirt constantly busy on their phones despite being told to switch their phones off and were in and out of the classroom.They behaved like school kids.Very disrespectful.You can tell when people are just there just to obtain certificates.They were so unprofessional and annoying however the Trainer has handled everything well.

Second year of doing this course, gentlemen doing the course is great.

Kennedy was very good. Engaging and well timed delivery of content.

There was limited refreshments in the venue and the heater was off as well.

Was good and participation was great

No concerns about the course however the venue was very cold

We didn't have enough drinks even hot water,and the room was cold
