CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

The Angel Hotel venue was only a 10 minute walk from Cardiff Central train station and very easy to find. The training room was a clean and distraction-free environment. Matt the trainer was engaging and made what could be a set of dry, but essential subjects, interesting and aimed at a level that was ideal for me as a professional, as a refresher course for most of the subject matter and Matt was so helpful for the subjects I was not familiar with (as an Occupational Therapist rather than Nursing background). I would happily attend any other courses run by Matt/this company. Historically, post Covid, the mandatory courses tend to be online, (except Moving and Handling). I feel from a personal point of view my learning style is better suited to face to face courses. In addition the other attendees were so very easy to get along with. I really enjoyed the day.

We need fluids but no fluids and the room was very cold.

Matthew was absolutely above any expectations. His "presentation" was 10 out of 5 stars. His engagement, his determination and commitment let me speechless. Above all of that you can't miss his enthusiasm. Clearly explained every single detail, makes time fly faster. Super knowledgeable as well. Many thanks Matthew

The Trainer was excellent however some of the attendees were so disruptive with their phones especially two african guys one with maroon shirt constantly busy on their phones despite being told to switch their phones off and were in and out of the classroom. They behaved like school kids.Very disrespectful. You can tell when people are just there just to obtain certificates. They were so unprofessional and annoying however the Trainer has handled everything well.
