Great course, I felt went into a bit too much detail about depression, anxiety, bi polar, a lot of repetition. Perhaps trigger warnings before playing some of the videos would have been beneficial

Great course. Would highly recommend. The content was engaging, the trainer was extremely knowledgeable, approachable & professional. It can be a sensitive topic for some people but the training environment created was a safe space where everyone’s participation was encouraged and their answers views & experiences respected
