Great course content and real life examples create more meaningful understanding. Advise on what to actually say and when it’s appropriate. Could be condensed into 1 day without losing it’s meaning or impact.

Mark made us feel very comfortable to talk in the class. I now have a more of an understanding about mental health in the workplace, this is going to be very beneficial for me going forward. I will be recommending this course to my colleagues and even people in other companies. I think it’s extremely beneficial for anyone in a management role to complete.
