Great course giving alot of awareness to spot some mental health issues

It was excellent, thanks Mark! Lots of great discussion throughout and enjoyed the break out rooms. It is a difficult subject to manage with virtual training compared to in-person but Mark did a brilliant job of bringing everyone together and encouraging discussion.

Very worthwhile course, would strongly recommend to anyone regardless of background. A lot of helpful information available. Mark was very knowledgeable and very passionate about the subject.

Content had capacity of being very 'heavy' but was delivered with empathy and consideration. The trainer had experiences that he was able to draw on and provide the reality behind possible interactions with colleagues.
