Really engaging course, I felt like there should be more opportunity for role play. Maybe a session in the morning and then a session in the afternoon to get us moving and motivated a bit more.

Really engaging session, thank you Kirsty and it was beneficial to be in such a small group as we all spoke very open and honestly and were able to engage.

Lots of content to cover but Kirsty was engaging and kept the flow going well. I think more time to practise the learnings with feedback from Kirsty would have been beneficial to myself as part of the initial course but overall a great couple of days

Excellent thanks Saphire! I wanted more focus on coaching than mentoring so not too much of a problem but a little misleading that the course is marketed as coaching and mentoring when 95% was coaching... would have been useful to have slides to annotate

A really useful, time and cost effective two day session, where practical skills were discussed with some opportunity to implement. Kirsty was excellent!

I found day 2 the most helpful as we did much more practical work which helped apply the theory

Great training and Saphire is very enthusiastic regarding the content of course. At times I did find some of the content PowerPoint heavy. Thank you SAPHIRE.
