Absolutely brilliant two days with Laura and a lovely small group. Laura's authentic approach helped us develop psychological safety really early on and throughout. This course has reignited my love of learning - so often the one helping others with their learning and development, it was great to focus on my own development (-:

Our tutor Laura was amazing and felt very fortunate to have her as our Course Leader. Theory was thoroughly covered but not to the detriment of having engaging human group conversations. Although I recognise necessary, I am not a fan of role plays, however by the time we started them I felt safe and comfortable with Laura and the group to openly participate. It cannot be underestimated the impact of Laura's facilitation to create that environment for us. Usually I feel impending doom after the course has finished about assignment starts, I actually feel energised and inspired to get going! Thank you Laura

Loved it. It was way more enjoyable than what I expected - a boring class room style with the head mistress without personality. The content, the presentation, the humour made it very easy to absorb most of the information I learnt in the 2 days. The live coaching sessions was so informative and enlightening. It gave me a lot of reassurance that I would enjoy coaching.

Laura was excellent. She was personable, knowledgeable, not patronising and created a safe space for real reflection.

The last two days have provided the perfect springboard for the professional challenges I face ahead of me. Laura was able to elicit open and honest discussions, where we felt at ease both celebrating our small wins, and reflecting on our areas for development. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the course and feel a great sense of comfort from the quality of the training - I can already see real impact.

To be able to spend such an amount of time considering how to develop into an effective coach, exploring models and discussing in depth so many aspects of coaching has felt a real privilege. Laura has been professional, approachable and encouraging throughout. She has a natural way of putting you at ease and encouraging you to discuss in depth. She has a depth of knowledge that she draws on and links to your own organisation and situation. The opportunity to be coached as part of the training has also been invaluable.
