Brilliant course. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this - the psychology behind coaching, models, emotional intelligence and live coaching experience. I feel I have so much to take away and implement now at work - thankyou for such an insightful 2 days.

Really enjoyable. Darren was skilled in his delivery, explaining so many aspects of coaching. I really feel I have a clear understanding of how I am going to take it back to my company.

I found the training to be extremely valuable and engaging. The trainer demonstrated excellent knowledge and understanding of the content, explaining everything clearly and in a way that was easy to follow. They were also incredibly supportive and approachable, creating a positive learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and contributing. Overall, the trainer was brilliant throughout, delivering the session with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Their support and encouragement made a real difference to my learning experience.

The course did absolutely everything I hoped it would, and more. It provided an excellent balance between theory and practice and gave ample opportunity to try out key themes.

I really enjoyed my time with Laura - she was an excellent trainer and really encouraged me in taking the next step with my coaching development. Thank you for your support and making the sessions interactive and collaborative :)

Loved every moment of the course, my only critique would be that it went over 3 days just to give more time to fully digest the models and theory and more time for coaching. But that’s just me, I understand 3 days wouldn’t be great for everyone. Super course as it is anyway!

Absolutely brilliant two days with Laura and a lovely small group. Laura's authentic approach helped us develop psychological safety really early on and throughout. This course has reignited my love of learning - so often the one helping others with their learning and development, it was great to focus on my own development (-:

Our tutor Laura was amazing and felt very fortunate to have her as our Course Leader. Theory was thoroughly covered but not to the detriment of having engaging human group conversations. Although I recognise necessary, I am not a fan of role plays, however by the time we started them I felt safe and comfortable with Laura and the group to openly participate. It cannot be underestimated the impact of Laura's facilitation to create that environment for us. Usually I feel impending doom after the course has finished about assignment starts, I actually feel energised and inspired to get going! Thank you Laura

Loved it. It was way more enjoyable than what I expected - a boring class room style with the head mistress without personality. The content, the presentation, the humour made it very easy to absorb most of the information I learnt in the 2 days. The live coaching sessions was so informative and enlightening. It gave me a lot of reassurance that I would enjoy coaching.
