Was really surprised by how much I learned and enjoyed the course. Dave, the instructor, was engaging and offered a straightforward and practical approach to administering first aid in the workplace (as well as everyday incidents). He was also happy to answer any questions that we had and provided explanations and knowledge that weren't too overwhelming to remember at a later date. I now feel confident in providing first aid (should the need ever arise), without feeling panicked or unable to appropriately reassure a casualty. Cheers Dave!
