George was fantastic, he was able to give examples of things he has personally had to use the treatment in which made it easier to absorb the information, overall he is a great first aid trainer with a world of knowledge and first hand experiences!
Trainer improved my confidence. His fun and informative style meant the course was easy to understand and remember. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Practising scenarios outside of the classroom also aided learning
Darren’s teaching approach is spot on! Kept everyone engaged and focused and made learning fun! His way of teaching is excellent and I really respect him for getting to know everyone and giving everyone time to learn. Darren also let us know multiple times that if we need further support then to let him know because he will adapt and make it work. Best trainer I’ve ever had and I’ve been attending first aid courses for 12 years!

Serena made the course at Tesco Sidcup fun, by bringing multiple real life examples to the discussion. She also ensured it was at a pace the entire group could handle
Simon was a fantastic trainer. Made sure we were all comfortable with the content of the course and went over anything we were unsure of. He made the learning fun but remaining professional. We all really enjoyed the course. Please thank Simon for training us and his help throughout the course. He is a credit to the company.

excellent course , well presented with the right amount of video and audio involved , Neil ( our trainer ) was energetic and enthusiastic and encouraged us to ask questions if there was something we were unsure of or about different scenarios . Certainly made us feel like we had achieved something with us passing the course , would highly recommend .
