A really valuable course, covering many different scenarios that could present themselves in everyday life. The course was delivered in a manner which was easily understood and real life examples conveyed how various incidents could arise and be effectively dealt with.

This was a fantastic course, John was really knowledgeable, drawing on real life experience that helped our understanding of emergency situations and how to help. He was engaging and funny and although it was a full day course I felt engaged and interested the whole time. I have undertaken first aid training before but this was by far the best.
