Very good course, John made it very interesting.
Very good and very informative on what we need to know and be able to do as a first aider.
Johns personal experience helped the class engage and relate throughout the course. One of the best deliveries for a one day workshop that I have ever been at. Well done.

The course was very useful and focused on the main areas within first aid and was comprehensive within this respect. Well structured and presented course. John was very knowledgeable and engageable with his own experiences and made the course enjoyable rather than sitting and reading PowerPoints for hours on end. Very worthwhile course and as a first timer learning first aid was very beneficial and will be able to take the skills I’ve learnt away and put to use (hopefully never have to use)
Several references to "BLACK FELLA" in relation to dark skinned dummy.
Cours was good but feel the company should have made it a 2 day course to include more
