Was a very good course, covering everything I may need and more! Anne was a fab trainer, who made every subject relevent using her own experiences, and took time to listen and answer any questions we may have, was a real pleasure to meet her, and have the confidence to deal with any calls I need to answer in my workplace! Tony was great. He mixed his own experiences with the study material. He was very interactive and we could talk about our own experiences and ask any questions we had. Tony was an excellent trainer. I enjoyed the course and feel much more confident in my ability to administer first aid.

Trainer was very knowledgable, very friendly and encouraged us to ask any questions we had, even if we felt they were silly he out us at ease.

Dave’s first aid instruction was extremely professional. Always supporting every participant, guiding them to ensure full understanding and taking the time to clarify if anyone struggled.
