We had Tony Doyle as our trainer, he presented the content in a very understandable and realistic manner, i greatly appreciated him using his own experiences as examples. I will definitely be attending another course in 3 years time

Anne was a fab trainer, who made every subject relevent using her own experiences, and took time to listen and answer any questions we may have, was a real pleasure to meet her, and have the confidence to deal with any calls I need to answer in my workplace! Tony was great. He mixed his own experiences with the study material. He was very interactive and we could talk about our own experiences and ask any questions we had. Tony was an excellent trainer. I enjoyed the course and feel much more confident in my ability to administer first aid.

Trainer was very knowledgable, very friendly and encouraged us to ask any questions we had, even if we felt they were silly he out us at ease.
