I still haven't received my certificate. Are you able to help me with this, please? Found the anecdotal stories rather distracting.

Thought Lee was very informative , very patient and a very good instructor.

The practical session was very helpful. It gave us various scenarios to practice with. Also practicing all learnt topics everyday gave me more confidence to delivery each exercise.

Tony was great. He mixed his own experiences with the study material. He was very interactive and we could talk about our own experiences and ask any questions we had. Tony was an excellent trainer. I enjoyed the course and feel much more confident in my ability to administer first aid.
